Shipping Exhibitor supplies to the hotel? Here is the information you'll need to get that accomplished. All shipping fees are to be arranged at the Exhibitors expense and not charged to the RVIPA Master Account. At this time the hotel DOES NOT offer off-site shipping at the end of the event and arrangements will need to be made by the Exhibitor for freight services after the conference.
