Exhibits Hall Schedule

Tuesday, August 5, 2025

3:00p.m. - Exhibit Hall is available for exhibitors to set up.

Convention Center staff will have exhibitor booths (6' or 8' X 30" draped and skirted table, 2-3 chairs (according to sponsorship), power cord and a wastebasket) set up. Exhibits Committee Chair will have booth assignments made with signs placed on exhibitor tables to designate location for each exhibitor.

Substitutions can be made to registrations, however it is the firm policy of the EPA Region VI Pretreatment Association that no refunds will be issued for completed and submitted registrations.

Exhibitors are limited to the number of attendees specified for the Sponsorship Level: Gold - 3 attendee registrations, Standard - 2 attendee registrations, and Supporter - 0 attendee registrations. If additional Exhibitor representatives attend, they must register separately as Attendees for the workshop. The Region VI Pretreatment Association reserves the right to charge extra registration fees, at the current Attendee registration price, for any representatives beyond the agreed Sponsorship Level.

Shipping Exhibitor supplies to the Convention Center? Here is the information you'll need to get that accomplished. All shipping fees are to be arranged at the Exhibitors expense and not charged to the RVIPA Master Account. At this time the hotel DOES NOT offer off-site shipping at the end of the event and arrangements will need to be made by the Exhibitor for freight services after the conference.
